- We provide starter supplies: linens, bath towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. For longer stays, you may want to bring or purchase extra supplies based on your needs.
- Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit the nearby beaches.
- Free street parking is typically available on the surrounding blocks (no dedicated off-street parking).

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire upstairs apartment and the dedicated upstairs back porch. Entry is via a smart lock lockbox outside of the front door; you’ll receive a unique access code before arrival. Street parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

- This is the upstairs apartment of a historic home. There may be some normal sounds of city life and neighboring homes typical of a downtown historic district.
- Please respect quiet hours after 10 pm to be considerate of neighbors.
