« This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

« Very nice apartment close to downtown Wilmington and 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. The place was very cozy and nice, and had everything I needed. I appreciated the welcome snacks too. The host was very communicative with good suggestions. »

The place was very clean when we arrived and was well organized with all the items offered. The whole stay the host gave recommendations that were appreciated and very nice. « My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen. »

« Natasha was very accommodating . We had unusual events and stress with a child withdrawing from college. Everything went well and my daughter enjoyed to fact that they could just walk to town for dinner and treats. Thanks and would recommend. »
