'The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. 'did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good.'

'There was no water in the pool. There was a $11.00 charge for breakfast oer person. We didn't eat there that morning. Free coffee was offered so I had one cup before I checked out. There was no.cable offered on the in room tvs... you needed to use apps with your sign information. I will not do that.'

'The front desk employee checking us in was extremely rude and cold. Didn’t explain anything. Room was disgustingly dirty- bathroom floor had hairs and dirty footsteps. Room smelled like mold. Absolutely no phone service and wifi was non existent. Elevators wouldn’t work properly. When we checked out earlier than what we paid for, no one asked why, if there’s anything they can do or anything. And anytime I said anything, they said we can’t do anything, you booked through a 3rd party'

'We’ve stayed here a couple of times before and it’s usually a good time. This time around the pool was out of order, there was only one elevator so going up and down took forever, the room smelled like sewage, the staircase is very dirty, and even the breakfast was off! The staff is nice and that’s pretty much the only good thing.'

'Parkeren was goed, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt was goed maar niet heel uitgebreid. Schoonmaak van de kamer en het vervangen van handdoeken e.d. was onder de maat. We verbleven er 6 nachten en moesten na 4 dagen bijna om schoonmaak en schone handdoeken smeken.. Is een verbeterpunt!'

'This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If you can, save your money and get a super 8 or a motel 6. This hotel seems like it’s cosplaying as a luxury hotel when everything is decaying and breaking down. When we arrived at the desk, the staff acted like we didn’t belong there, which is crazy. The hallway carpets smell like pee, multiple things in the hotel room were loose, and if you just walk through the halls on floor 1, you’ll see the stains, crumbling wallpaper, and chipped paint and...
