And anytime I said anything, they said we can’t do anything, you booked through a 3rd party'

'did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good.'

'The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.'

'This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If you can, save your money and get a super 8 or a motel 6. This hotel seems like it’s cosplaying as a luxury hotel when everything is decaying and breaking down. When we arrived at the desk, the staff acted like we didn’t belong there, which is crazy. The hallway carpets smell like pee, multiple things in the hotel room were loose, and if you just walk through the halls on floor 1, you’ll see the stains, crumbling wallpaper, and chipped paint and...

'There was no water in the pool. There was a $11.00 charge for breakfast oer person. We didn't eat there that morning. Free coffee was offered so I had one cup before I checked out. There was no.cable offered on the in room tvs... you needed to use apps with your sign information. I will not do that.'

'1e Nacht behoorlijk overlast gehad van schreeuwende buren en het leeghalen van de container, 2e nacht verliep prima. Beetje aftands hotel, maar wel redelijk schoon, prima bed en genoeg parkeerplek voor onze 2 campers. Vriendelijk personeel. Was goedkoop, maar kijk volgende keer wel iets verder.'

'This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...
