'Positives: it was about -17 outside and very worm inside, toilet worked and relatively clean, beds were OK, tv worked. Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. '

'The breakfast staff is very helpful. They help you with the Waffle machine. They help you get your breakfast. And they also bring everything to the table for you to help you with getting you a coffee. If you need some help, they're wonderful people.'
