'We spent two nights there during our trip to Toronto area. The location is easy to access and close to many good Asian restaurants. The room is spacious but a facilities are a little outdated. It's very clean. The indoor pool is very nice.'

'Use side doors to access your rooms so you have ramps in case you have alot of luggage or if you have a stroller. You have to go up 2-3 to get into lobby otherwise'

'Slecht! Schimmels in de badkamer, in 12 nachten is de lakens niet vervangen. Slecht ontbijt! Geen ramen maar mag roosters in de glas komen voor de vriese lucht! Viese tafels en stoelen met vlekken in de kamers, ontbijtzaal en het restaurant! Ze bieden 2 soorten internet en de 1 is tegen de betaling. Maar ze geven geen duidrlijke informatie er over.'

'While the room was clean...the building appeared to be going through renovations. As a result, the pool was closed and was told I would have to drive to another hotel in order to go for a swim. The elevator was horrible. I was in the elevator for 20 minutes because it would not stop on the desired floor.'

'My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The complete staff at the front desk, maintenance guy, cleaning ladies were really friendly and helpful. My sister and I were quite sensitive to noise and the staff really did their utmost to make it as less noise as possible. Also the suite itself was very well equipped, spacious and neat.Breakfast buffet was included, that was great too. I would really want to stay there again. '
