'We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and peaceful. Ron and Colleen (and Tim!) were so welcoming and readily available for anything we needed. Colleen was so kind to bring my son and I fresh lemonade and she gave us homemade fresh baked carrot cake cupcakes, delicious! Also fresh eggs and a goodie basket were waiting for us when we arrived!! The nicest people and the cottage is adorable and very clean! The location is 14mins to VT, easy back and forth. 'This was a great place to stay on our cross-country trip. The cottage was spotless and extremely comfortable. Beautiful. countryside. The "grocery" story in Pilot is subpar but the relatively nearby town of Floyd is fantastic.'

'We had a lovely time during our stay at the Little Red Barn. It's so cozy and comfortable. The sunrise view out the back windows is spectacular. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We have a pickup and the parking area was very easy to drive in and out. We came in after dark and the automatic lights provided plenty of light to unload. The owners are so welcoming and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. We would definitely recommend a stay here.'
