This beautiful Log Cabin is located high atop Walden's Ridge in North Chattanooga. Upon the bluff it has what many have called 'a million dollar view'. The Sunset's are absolutely amazing and and there are so many wonderful hiking trails and natural beauty along with all the wonderful attractions, restaurants, beauty and charm that makes the Scenic City of Chattanooga so special! Perched 2100 feet above sea level overlooking the Sequatchie Valley, one of the longest valleys in the world. You can enjoy the gorgeous view whether you are relaxing comfortably in bed, soaking in our Deluxe Hot Springs Hot Tub or out on the rustic covered porch enjoying the beautiful sun set over the mountains and valley below. Perfect for Us

This was the cutest, coziest cabin! We loved the property, the decks, the hot tub! The view of the valley was amazing and we spent both nights on the deck watching the sunset. The cabin is quite small, so its probably not best for large families, but we loved it! Our son (13) LOVED the loft and said it was like his own private treehouse. The property manager was super communicative and really seemed to love the place. We definitely want to come back!

Anniversary get away.

Came down for a second visit we enjoyed it so much the 1st time. This cabin is a little slice of heaven devoid of the hustle and bustle of the city, with a beautiful sunrise and sunset to enjoy and a breathtaking view all day. Has all the basic amenities you could need and some. Try it for yourself you will not be disappointed!!!

What a view!

Let's start with, yes, this is a small cabin. Plenty of room for 2 people! Had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time there. Convenient to the places we went, easy in and out. So peaceful! If you cannot climb stairs easily, I wouldn't stay here, there is a spiral staircase to the ground floor where the bedroom and bathroom are. (I'd like to say its the sturdiest sprial stairs I've been on). Besides cleanliness, the little things like a personal welcome sign and snack basket, along with a throw on the couch really makes the difference to us. All questions were answered quickly. We did have some pretty bad storms, being up a mountain makes it windy. No worries though! Lights never flickered.Go to Rock City, and don't miss Snoopers Rock and the Medal Of Honor museum! Pix of our view from the top deck over several days!

Overall, it was a great stay, and I enjoyed it. The only thing that was a little confusing was that the cabin is in Central Time, yet the check-in and check-out times are in Eastern Time. Which makes it a little confusing on the check in and checkout, but other than tha,t a great view and great experience

10yr Anniversary

The cabin was a perfect location to celebrate 10yrs of marriage with my wife. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Spending time reading on the balcony and soaking in the hot tub we’re just a few of our favorite ways we relaxed while there. It wasn’t too far from town either, so we were able to enjoy some views, Ruby Falls, Coker museum, and a Lookouts game. Worth every penny staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay! Super fun drive back and forth from cabin. Ridiculous view, often above the clouds; great porches, both covered. Property manager super communicative both for check-in, virtual walk through and any time we had an issue. Property as described, but be sure you note that the bedroom and only bath are downstairs accessible by a spiral staircase.

This place was perfect for 2 people for 3 nights. It was on top of mountain and had beautiful view of woods and mountain. We loved to wake up and sit on porch and have our coffee. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here agin.

Captain’s Cabin

The drive is easy for any flat landers wanting to know. The view set the mood, melts away any thoughts of politics . My only complaint is that I didn’t book the stay for longer! Would recommend and would stay again.

This is a fantastic little cabin, comfortable and full of little touches that made our stay such a delight. We spent 6 hours just vibing on the back porch enjoying the SPECTACULAR view. We'll absolutely be back. Quite possibly my favorite VRBO I've ever visited.Literally the only drawback was the handful of noisy trucks on the road and the fact that there's an entrance to the cabin next door about 20 feet from the back porch and there was a good bit of foot traffic through there. So not as private as we had hoped, but only for short periods and it didn't hinder us from having a fantastic stay.
