'Liked the property and location. Only down-side was we pre-booked a suite with a separate living area, bedroom, and kitchen. The room was far more expensive than a standard room. When we checked in, we were given a basic room on the first floor that was the furthest from the lobby and amenities. The room was also very dark and dated. Despite hauling our luggage to the room and being tired from the several hours drive, I immediately pulled up my email to double checked the reservation. Sure...
