'The location is great and the house was clean. There was plenty of space to enjoy our family there. However, the primary bedroom’s bed and one of the secondary’s beds were super hard. 'The key to the door was missing from the lockbox and the lockbox was wide open when we arrived. The door was also unlocked when we arrived. Immediately we felt unsafe and put a chair against the sliding glass door while we slept. There were two entrances and they were both sliding glass doors. It smelled heavily of smoke. No ceiling fan. No TV. The AC thermostat was finicky. The faucet handles came off but they worked. There is a very nice pool but the homeowners had their blinds up, and we...
