'Excelente atención limpieza y habitaciones cómodas'

'Very cool n highly recommended. Didn’t even know breakfast was served though I did go for it. I’m short of words.'

'It was a basic "bait and switch." In the Overview picture section there is clearly 2 pictures of a breakfast area and one even shows it stocked with breakfast items. When I asked when was the breakfast I was told there is no breakfast. To show a breakfast room with food implies a breakfast. Upon double checking, it does not say there is a breakfast. But to show a prepared breakfast is luring people under false pretenses. So Experdia should force them to remove the picture. 2nd, It clearly states...

'De deuren hebben veel kieren waardoor al het geluid van buiten naar binnenkomt. Geen kluis in de kamer, geen mogelijkheid om boarding pass te printen. En pal naast de Sam Houston Hwy. Geen goede keuze!'

'My stay here was not a good stay. I was traveling with my kids and husband on a business trip and the room didn’t fix the picture that’s shown online. It’s very run down they had a lot of our guest and some that are not guest out smoke weed and doing other drugs. The room was very nasty it had roaches in there, the air and WiFi was not working went to the lobby to see if we could get another room and the other room was just as worst at the room we was in. This definitely need to shut this hotel...

I was specifically told that extending my checkout until 12:00 p.m. would not be a problem. However, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a male staff member began aggressively banging on my door, insisting that it was time for me to leave. I explained that I had already received...

'The stay was excellent for the price. Clean rooms.'

'Wi-Fi kept going out no local channels were able to be had water pressure on the shower was very minimal. a lot of close places buy to eat especially food trucks. Staff recommended them overall Stay would stay there again.'

'Nice room'

'Nice apartment '

'I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....
