'We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). A few issues - a broken toilet seat which would have been obvious to the cleaner before we came, so not sure how long it's been broken, a very wobbly broken tap in the bathroom too. No bin bags in the bins, and the bathroom bin had no insert so the rubbish would have just gone on the floor, so again cleaner issues presumably.
