'I loved the mother in law unit with supplied kitchen, microwave, frig., etc, etc. The host is vary gracious and friendly. A quiet stay is why I really like it.'

However, there are a few things I have to mention to prospective renters. First, they need to buy a screen door. The condo faces the sun. They do not have AC. 'These are rooms right off beach (short walk) on sand to ocean front. Directly infront of the twin rocks. Large king bed, nice hot shower, full kitchen with Roku TV and 2 chairs to watch sunThey have large chairs to sit around fire'

'The condo itself was in very good condition. It was tastefully decorated and updated. The view from the living room and kitchen were excellent and close proximity to the beach.The price for the condo was reasonable. It was the cleaning fees for one night or a bit excessive.I think it should be noted that the elevator is no longer work. This was not a problem for us.We would stay there again and we do recommend it'

'The value is good, but the room needs some upgrades. The 4 table chair’s upholstery was peeling, the table is very scratched, and other little updates are needed. The fireplace was broken or turned off. A great view, cozy for two, easy check in and checkout.'
