Pacific Sands Resort # 21 - Oregon Beach Vacations

Pacific Sands Resort #21 has wonderful views from this light and airy second floor oceanfront condo! Recently furnished with brand new furniture, beds, and window coverings. Both bedrooms have queen beds while one also has an oceanfront view. The great room area has a large glass door, which opens onto the oceanfront deck, so there are plenty of areas to enjoy views of the surf and sand! A lovely blend of beach comfort, this vacation condo is decorated in shades of off-white and sandy colors to help you feel relaxed and at home! The full kitchen has all you need to cook up a vacation or a holiday meal, and with the wood burning fireplace, you can warm yourself on those cool Pacific coast evenings. When staying at Pacific Sands Resort #21, you'll have access to miles of sandy beaches from the property and be able to explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Why not take a stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Cafe or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store. It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City, north of Neskowin, or you can drive south to Lincoln City where you'll find more shopping and area attractions. A washer and dryer are not available at this condo, but feel free to use the local laundry mat located at the Neskowin Store if the need arises. Stay at Pacific Sands Resorts #21 today, and have your best vacation yet!

Beach Access: Walking north from the unit on Breakers Ave to Sheridan Ave turn left to the sand.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. The wood fireplace is available for guest use- just be sure to bring your own firewood or presto-type logs. It is also important to note that during winter storms, the oceanfront windows and patio door may be partially to fully boarded up to prevent damage from possible sneaker waves. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking and that includes balconies.

Nice location/View

Beautiful location and condo isn't bad. Very hard to use bathrooms. They are tiny and the toilet is wedged in-between sink and wall. Beds are really uncomfortable. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans to use, knives, cutlery most everything you need. You will need to bring any and all food including spices. The store down the street doesn't have much and is super expensive. I was a bit annoyed at the fact that no matter what we did we couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work. Also the Wi-Fi password is on the fridge the one the rental property gives is incorrect. Sitting on the deck was the best part of the whole experience.Thank you for letting us stay here.

Beautiful View, Excellent quiet location.

The unit is older but very clean. Perfect for a couple or family get away to the coast. Right on the beach and the views are what make it special. have a cup of coffee, glass of wine and a book and you're all set.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely mom + daughter stay in Neskowin. Super comfortable condo which had two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The balcony view was lovely. Loved the Beatles theme too! Perfect proximity to the beach and the town, which we adore. It was perfect for us.

Perfect Neskowin spot

We loved our stay! The condo has had some furniture and appliances updated since the listing photos were taken so that was a nice surprise! The beach access is steep rock stairs but just down the road is an easy access just a minutes walk. We saw whales and seals right out the window which made our trip! We will definitely be staying again. Only critique is that it may be time for the carpet to go, just took away from the cleanliness just a touch. But overall an amazing property and a great way to enjoy what we think is the best beach town on the coast.

Property was very clean and seemed well taken care of, although it was old and dated. The view and balcony was amazing. Very disappointed in the lack of beach access. Property description stated “easy beach access”, it should say no beach access.

Fantastic place to get away from it all!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. You open the front door and the first thing you see is a fantastic ocean view. The sounds of the ocean were amazing. The unit is located in a very quiet neighborhood not lots going on which is exactly what we wanted. Will definitely stay there again.

Very Nice and comfortable!

#21 was upgraded and very pleasant to stay in. It was very clean and had everything we needed. As long as they have Dish network you will not get MLB games because you cannot get Root Sports. But I hear they are planning on changing it. Was a little disappointing. The main TV in the living room was a little small for my taste but I was able to get Sunday Football games. The view was fantastic!!!

Fabulous view

Property was clean. We appreciated the comfortableness and newness of the furniture and how there was thought put into the decorating. Very nice. The ocean is only about 50 ft away. Great to sit and count the waves!! Only comment, bring your own kleenex, its not provided anywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect for a rainy week. We enjoyed the wonderful view and even more so the peace and quiet. The condo is well appointed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Best ocean view

The view from the condo is amazing! You can hear & feel the waves too. Easy access to the beach. The furniture has been updated & the new couches are very comfortable! Can’t say the same about the beds unfortunately; way too soft & sags if there’s 2 of you. Kitchen is well equipped. Bath towels are pretty scratchy & thin; might bring my own next time. Will return!

Great condo right at the water.

Great space and location. Property furniture had been updated since pictures and it was a plant surprise. Drain from gutter on deck needs fixed so water isn't constantly dripping and making it wet right outside the sliding door.
