« There for a few days with the family, great stay, walk to the beach in seconds!!! Great price only thing I disliked that the neighbors were all minors and were very loud all night, had a gal knock on our door couple times thinking it was her room (minor was drunk)!! And at arrival the room we stayed in smelled horrible, smelled as if someone had just smoked in the room. But other than that all was good!! »

« Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans l'appartement 34 côté cour. Très bon séjour idéal pour les visites. Appartement très bien équipé. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Salle de bain un peu petite mais très grande douche. Lit d'appoint peu confortable mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Accès à la plage très bien. Nous espérons y revenir. »

« Perfect location, perfect view! Our place was exceptionally clean and with a well appointed kitchen. Our only suggestion would be some type of lighting/floor lamp in the sitting area by the front of windows, it's such a comfortable location to just hang out. »

Some reviews knock down the rating due to some things, but you have to consider the price you are paying for this, which is cheap for an ocean view and easy beach access property in Lincoln city. Yes you can hear your neighbors above you, but we brought a box fan for white noise when we sleep which masked the footsteps above.
