'This is the most charming, quaint & cozy cottage! The hosts have thought of everything & more! Every detail has been thought of to make the guests feel welcome & comfortable for their stay. The decor is above & beyond what you'd expect in a rental. This place will not disappoint! We had the most wonderful girls trip & this adorable place had every amenity you could think of & more. This is one special place that I hope to come back to! Highly recommend!'

'Lock didn’t work'

'House was clean and convenient. the kitchen utensils need upgrading, the can opener was quite old and barely worked. I had to buy a pitcher to make lemonade. The beds were very comfortable. It's an older home but comfortable. '

'The property was perfect for us! It was clean and cozy, exactly as described. Close to the water and centrally located on the Cape, we had an excellent week of vacation. Janet’s instructions and communication were spot on. The home was comfortable and very conducive to easy living and relaxation. We had a great time and look forward to returning. '
