'Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information. Fortunately we did not have a problem except it was strenuous to carry our luggage to bedroom area. Aside from that, it was a great stay. '

'This was a perfect location and property for us to be with family over the holidays. The community is near Smithville for a nice shopping experience and is located in a quiet section of town. We are very appreciative of how clean and spacious the home was and accommodations were very comfortable. '

'Great location, short distance from parkway, we golfed at multiple local courses less than 20 Min away, easy commute to Atlantic City. Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! '

'My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!'
