Hôtel près de Washington Township Building (Slatington)

« Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't have enough towels/wash cloths. Sorry I don't reuse those like they want you to. We then came...

« We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend. »

« Very cute boutique hotel! Still has a lot of original charm. It’s definitely an older building but was very comfortable. Light complementary breakfast was provided the following morning which included donuts from the local donut shop. »

« Hôtel historique (19ème siècle) au centre de la petite et typique ville de Jim Thorpe. Chambre (Deluxe King) vaste, propre plutôt bien équipée avec SdB séparée avec baignoire. La chambre donnait sur la rue donc assez bruyante... même la nuit (passage des éboueurs, traffic tôt le matin). Accueil un peu réservé mais les cookies offerts à l'arrivée sont sympas! Le pub attenant est très sympa et nous avons bénéficié par l'hôtel d'un bon pour un PdJ américain à 7$. »

« When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area.
