« Hôtel historique (19ème siècle) au centre de la petite et typique ville de Jim Thorpe.
Chambre (Deluxe King) vaste, propre plutôt bien équipée avec SdB séparée avec baignoire.
La chambre donnait sur la rue donc assez bruyante... même la nuit (passage des éboueurs, traffic tôt le matin).
Accueil un peu réservé mais les cookies offerts à l'arrivée sont sympas!
Le pub attenant est très sympa et nous avons bénéficié par l'hôtel d'un bon pour un PdJ américain à 7$. »

« I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again. »

« I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather.
When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully.
Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. »
