'Although they are working on renovating rooms, we unfortunately did not have one of them. Our room was dated and in definite need of renovating. The carpet felt damp and quite musty. The furniture in the room was definitely outdated and for the most part was not needed. The desk and dresser just took up space, which was sorely lacking.'

'The staff here at the hotel is amazing!!! From the manager to housekeeping!!! The are ALL the best! Tracy at the front desk stands out the most! I felt like I’ve known her for years!!! She’s such a people person!!! Hats off to Marriott for having her on their staff!!!'

'We were not impressed with this property. The renovation in the lobby was beautiful from what we saw. However in the hallways and our room, it was a mess. There was paint splattered all over our floor. Black water kept coming out of our faucets and someone’s old food was left in our fridge. Getting to the location from the highway was kind of annoying and not having an elevator was pretty difficult. The only things that were positive about this hotel was the staff when I checked in and the beds...

'If I had known earlier, I would never have stayed here. My room was filthy, and I could smell smoke coming from the room next door. The bedsheets and pillows were old, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned in days. I paid $80 for that experience! It was the worst I’ve ever had. '

'I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.'

'Located 5m from downtown Jim Thorpe. Delicious homemade gourmet breakfasts and pastries. Street parking on incline and parking space near back yard. Comfortable beds and pillows. Mini fridge outside of rooms with free water, sodas for purchase. '

'We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.'
