« The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. »

« The hosts for this property are wonderful! VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away. Every response we got from them was helpful and so friendly. We were happy with the property. We did not realize how steep the stairs were going to be, but thankfully the hosts have a full bed and bath on the entry level, which worked great for my mom who struggles to get up and down...

« Near new small house with all the necessities and some nice extras. Stayed for nearly a month and was very comfortable. Jeff is an exceptional host. Location is on a quiet street. You just can’t go wrong if you stay here for work or pleasure. »

« The house was perfect for my needs. It was clean and the primary bedroom and den were very spacious. I felt safe in the neighborhood, nice driveway to park in. Wish I had been there longer to utilize the outdoor space »

« Beautiful, light and stylish apartment located in a great DC neighborhood. The place was extremely comfortable and very clean, with everything you would need for your stay. Super comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom and a very spacious shower. The hosts were easy and enjoyable to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. »

« We thought this was a great VRBO. Our organization was in town for an event for over a week and we found it easy to get in and out of DC from this location. The VRBO itself was clean and had most of what we needed available when we arrived. »

« We had the apartment all to ourselves, and it was clean and stocked with food and treats. It was located in a nice, safe, quiet, interesting neighborhood where we enjoyed taking walks. The hosts made themselves available when needed, but also left us alone to enjoy our stay. »

« Host thought of EVERYTHING. There was shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, feminine products, bandaids, ear plugs, books, board games, etcetera!!! She left us metro cards, recommendations of all sorts if things. We were well taken care of. 10/10 »

« Overall the place was clean and easy to settle in to. The two things that I have to recommend if I had to would be a couple more throw size blankets. With the group I was in, it was a bit difficult to regulate the temp of the house and make everyone comfortable. The second would be to change the wall mount for the living room tv to one that swivels - that way movie nights are a bit more comfy (we got rained out one day and made this discovery). Thank you again! »

« The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. (There was a bus stop right by the apartment but we just walked.) We could hear the first day care kids arrive in the morning and thought it...
