New 2 BR APT: amazing location, spotless, free private parking.

  • Welcome to our gorgeous unit in our Victorian house in Logan/Shaw ! The rental is in a separate floor of our brand-new house with its own private entrance. It has space and all the amenities for a family or group of friends: 2 bedrooms, a closet, a full bath, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with a double induction cooktop) and lots of natural light. Comfortable beds, excellent wifi, smart TV. The space is modern, simple, bright and cosy. Everything you need for a perfect stay. It is a garden apartment (with windows and natural light) of a townhouse. We live above with 2 healthy toddlers and you will hear their sound. That said, there is no street traffic noise and it is just off a main road.

    All this and just STEPS to the best of Shaw and Blagden Alley with starred restaurants, coffeehouses, art spaces & more, as well as Logan/14th Street restaurants, grocers, theatres and the convention center. Easily accessible to parks & points beyond via Metro & major transportation arteries.

    Cleanness is of high priority for us. We charge an additional $50 cleaning fee for pets. We charge $35/night per guest beyond the 2nd guest to keep price low for business and couple travelers. Please input the correct number of guests in your booking. Upon request, parking available at our private parking with direct access to the unit.

This spot was perfect for our stay as it was close to our daughter. The neighborhood is really great and easily walked. The space was clean, and stayed cool during some really hot days. You can hear the little ones upstairs, but we weren’t bothered by them at all! Overall we loved this spot and will probably book it again when we come back to visit!

If you need to be in the DC area, but not directly in the heart of the downtown hustle and bustle, this is a great option! Well kept, clean, and great communication with the host.

Close to convention center, very walkable. The place was just as advertised and Andrea was a gracious host, accommodating a few reservation updates that I had to make. Clean and modern, private parking spot. A family lives upstairs and can be heard sometimes during the day, but I did not find it intrusive or disturbing. Highly recommended!

This apartment was exactly as described. The hosts were great with responding to all communications before and during our stay. It was nice to have a safe and secure space to park my car. I left it parked throughout my stay and often used Uber for other transportation. It was nice to have a safe location for pick up and drop off.Next time I am in the area and need a place to stay, this is the first place I will check for availability. I felt safe in the area.

This property was in a fabulous location. We met friends who drove in - the off-street secure parking was a real bonus in the D.C. area. Our host was VERY responsive and helpful! Lovely, clean space!

My family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home! Check-in was a breeze and the home is cozy, quiet, and clean. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the quiet street with easy access to all areas of the city. There is off-street/secure parking, fast wifi, smart TV in the main room, full kitchen with toaster oven, filtered water in fridge, laundry, and many thoughtful extras. We will return for our next DC trip - my son is already asking to come back!

we stayed in the property for conference so it has excellent location. great apartment. the only minor inconvenience is no thermostat control in the apartment and every time we asked to change temperature we had to contact property manager.

Stayed here for a quick trip for local sightseeing and a concert at the Anthem. Clean and quiet and convenient to the area. The hosts were very responsive to an issue with parking which was very quickly resolved with their help. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in a future visit.

Had a lovely 4 day trip to DC with the family to visit museums. Walkable are to good restaurants (uncommon diner and tiger fork) as well as easy to walk to get a few groceries at Whole foods. No issue getting ubers on bad weather days. Clean home with parking.

The properties proximity to all thing DC was great but the neighborhood had a residential feel to it. Andrea was a great host and check in was super easy with clear instructions about everything. The place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.
