'We stayed for 4 nights with another couple and our dog. We had the best time! The condo is clean and the location is incredible. Katie was so responsive and easy to communicate with! It was great having a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the condo for privacy, a table to play board games, fridge, etc. The building is very dog friendly. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.'

'The space was perfect for my wife and I who made a last minute trip to DC for our Anniversary. The location was very clean and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and living room, well appointed kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. Easly walkable to great restaurants and bars, and about 1 mile from the Capitol, which made for a nice walk through the beautiful neighborhood. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. 'This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. 'Overall the property was fine but I did not like the fact that they said it had AC in this unit, although it does have AC, this is an older building and the HVAC system for the entire complex was set to heat, you cannot adjust this in the unit until the complex decides to turn the AC sometime in May. This was not mentioned and it was very hot in the unit. They told me I could get a fan from someone else that was also in another unit. This needs to be disclosed when renting out the unit. '
