Welcome to this cozy and private 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement suite located in northern Arlington, Virginia! Our suite is the perfect home away from home for up to 4 guests who are looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The space
As you enter our basement suite, you'll find a comfortable living room with a big couch and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, and coffee maker, so you can cook full meals or just enjoy a cup of coffee before heading out.

The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two twin-sized beds, making it ideal for families or small groups traveling together. Both bedrooms come with storage space for your luggage and personal belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials you'll need, including fresh towels and toiletries. Additionally, our suite is equipped with high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV with streaming services, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, our suite offers easy access to all the attractions in Arlington and Washington DC. It's just six blocks (a 10 minute walk) to the nearest metro stop in Ballston. If you love the outdoors, over 60 miles of running & bike trails are just 2 blocks away. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking or short drive distance.
