'This property is amazing. Let me count the ways:1. Location!! You can’t do better whether you are in D.C. for business, at Georgetown for University based needs or at George Washington. Everything is located within walking distance. TONS of restaurants and retail right outside the door, yet just off the busy streets enough to be so peaceful and quiet.2. 'It's a nice place for a big group to crash for a few days. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, and pots/pans -- everything we needed. Adequate number of bathrooms for everyone. Short drives to many nice places and to the metro station. Check-out is very simple and appreciated. Owner was always available and proactive on making sure our stay was comfortable. A few no-big-deal oddities: Decaf was the only Keurig coffee option. Garbage disposal failed. No shampoo (but...

'Our family (teens and adults) enjoyed staying here as a base to explore all the sights of dc. It was in a great location- about 1.5 mile walk to the sights and so close to a grocery store! Everything we needed was here. Would recommend!'
