'Ignatius was a super responsive host, the house was very clean, and the area was very convenient to go to Vetta spa. However, it was not worth the money we paid. 'Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!!'

'We had a very relaxing time, it was very easy to plan and communicate with the host. The only complaint is that the dogs next door barked non stop at our dog through the fence, we were warned that they bark but they were a bit excessive. If you are bringing a pet, be ware that the neighbors' dogs will bark at it when you're outside with them. This is also not the hosts' fault and I would never impact the rating on the property it was just a bit much to listen to.'
