'The room was very basic but had an en-suite. Being so close to a main road, it was very noisy which made sleeping impossible.'

'Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. '

'The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...

'The hotel is in need of an overhaul, it’s really tired, dated and poor quality. The first room I was put in was dreadful, tiny, grotty and not a reflection of any of the pictures on the website. Breakfast was a disaster, a chef that can’t cook, poached/scramble eggs and burns toast, doesn’t inspire. Seemed really short on staff and grumpy when you did find them. Heard several other guests complaining too. Great location but that’s the only positive.'

'Geen eigen wc, geen eigen douche. Geen water op de kamer. Licht kwam door de ramen. Bovenburen begonnen al om 06.00 lawaaibte maken en ook na 0.00 nog lawaai. Straat ook druk en lawaaig. Matras met plastic ertussen zorgt voor te warm bed en zweten.'

'It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good.'
