« The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return. »

« Absolutely LOVED staying here! I give it over 10 stars! Prior to arriving, our host filled us in about ferry schedule and recommendations in the area. Arrived at the cottage which was walking distance from the ferry to find a CLEAN, quaint home. Beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials. Perfect massaging shower. « Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch. »

(And May have the biggest TV I have seen in real life…). Lydia was very responsive and communicative. No issues with check out or check in and even left the lights on for our 9 PM arrival. »
