'Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.'

'Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.'

'Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.'

'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'This apartment is located in a quiet area, yet close to shopping and restaurants. The Bourse Metro station is at the end of the block, there is an excellent bakery on the corner, perfect for breakfast, or take away salads and sandwiches. The rooms are a bit small, by American standards. There are two compact clothing storage areas on each side of the bed. The bathroom has two storage drawers. The washer/dryer is small, clothing did not dry all the way, it's more of an extractor than dryer. We...

'The unit is really good, spacious, clean and perfect location. It is challenging without AC when it is hot, but most places do not have AC in Paris. You should know that there is no on site staff, so it is self check in and check out with taking and dropping keys within 5-7 mins walk. I general I am happy with it'
