Summary:
A new home constructed in 2021 that is a 5 minute walk to the beach from 25th Street. Located in the heart of Old Beach with numerous restaurants, bars, high end supermarkets, local shopping spots, and the boardwalk all within walking distance from the home. The home has been professionally designed with detailed amenities for our guests throughout the home. Our focus is guest experience and Virginia Beach offers so many things to do and see. Come experience Virginia Beach in style with us today!

Transcendent Stays is a locally driven group based in Virginia Beach with a team on the ground to provide an elevated experience for all our guests. Our goal is to build life-long guest relationships in the short-term rental space. Our stays are clean, fresh, and well-designed with up-to-date features and finishes to bring hotel cleanliness and consistency into the realm of practical and memorable.

Other Things to Note:
Parking only for two vehicles in the driveway and one mid-size car in the garage. There is no first floor bedroom. Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

Good Vibes from our stay. We loved the tasteful decor, layout and location right, just a few blocks to the beach, surf park, and restaurants. Everything felt brand new, organized and well stocked. Easy check in and check out too. Will be back!

The home was beautiful and clean. The location to the beach and restaurants was very convenient. Communication with the property manager was easy with immediate response. The parking is insufficient. The streets are narrow with no room to maneuver vehicles There was only room for 1 vehicle and we had to park sideways to be able to get in and out.

This was exactly as described and even better! We were a family of 7 adults, 2 little children and 2 dogs. It really is a close walk to the beach so that made it easy to go back and forth to let children nap and to check on the dogs. They provided a ton of excellent beach supplies - several beach chairs, beach toys and a pull cart to get it all there. The house was well supplied with towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and a well stocked kitchen. The third floor bedroom “suite” was a haven for our family with the 2 kids - the closet was even big enough for the 1 year old to sleep in her pack-n-play! The area is wonderful and quiet and safe - easy to find whatever you need within walking distance. We never drove our car once we parked it! It was so comfortable and spacious for everyone - I highly recommend this house/location!

A lovely and very clean home with a huge backyard in a quiet neighborhood.Close to beaches, restaurants & baseball stadiums.A big TV in the living room and the comfy beds are a big Plus. Jacqueline - our host was very helpful and responsive- we will definitely be coming back!!

Excellent. Look forward to a repeat/future stay! Property is very well kept; looks exactly as pictured. All was very clean, spacious for our blended family of grown children and teens w/ friends. Lots of things to do within walking distance in all directions. Plenty of parking, beach chairs, an outdoor grill and two porches and all while being pet friendly - can't say enough good things. We had a wonderful time - thank you!

I enjoyed the experience with Transcendent…however the parking situation is very inconvenient…the backyard was not fenced nor private.,.there was construction going on next to the Primary Bedroom…and the lack of local cable and Netflix connections blocked Would be glad to rent again from Trancendent but would never rent this property again

Very nice!

Overall we were very pleased. The amenities were very basic but adequate for our stay. The parking is very tight. I have an SUV and that was difficult to maneuver because of being in alley with a stone wall that I had to be very careful not to hit. The beach is a bit farther than a 3 minute walk.

Beautiful home with close beach access

Great location to the heart of the boardwalk and beach. Home was a great layout for our family mixed with elderly, middle aged and teenagers. Everyone had space with nice gathering spaces. Beautifully decorated and had the feeling of a high end hotel with the comfort of a home.

Great house! The bedrooms are spacious. Perfect for a large family however, parking is tight and limited on the property. Luckily the garage is available for parking use.
