PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROPERTIES RENT FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

This 3-story contemporary townhouse style condo is across the street from the ocean on Atlantic Avenue at the south end of the resort area. Walk to Rudee Inlet for deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing or just fishing from the shore.

Floor Plan:

1st floor - In-law suite with Full bed.

**NOTE: Need to use Exterior Staircase to access 2nd floor.**

2nd floor - Living Room with adjoining balcony and dining room; public half bath; fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and counter top microwave; public half bath.

3rd floor - Primary bedroom with King bed and full bath with jacuzzi, 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds and full bath; balcony between bedrooms; utility closet with full size washer and dryer.

(Sleeps 8, occupancy limit of 9)

Amenities: Local telephone, outside shower with cold water located in carport, 2nd & 3rd floor balconies, full size washer and dryer, TVs in all 3 bedrooms.

Parking: Covered carport - 2 spaces. NO EXTRA PARKING PROVIDED.

Tenant must bring linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels or rent them from a local company.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

The condo was wonderful. Perfect for 3 couples. Kitchen was well stocked with all that you need. 3 bathrooms were great. My only negative would be the in-law suit could use some updating. It was very dark and a bit motel-ish feeling. Otherwise the place exceeded our expectations.

Family Vacation

Loved that it was at the end of the boardwalk. Less busy. But we could easily venture down towards 22nd street with all the nightlife. Loved the large bathrooms for the teenage girls. Nice kitchen…. We had a larger vehicle and the parking was challenging. Overall a great stay.

It's a quiet location close to beach

Very nice location on a quiet end of the boardwalk. Very close to beach / boardwalk. Property was very clean. Just a little outdated but still very nice. Check-in was very old school requiring a paper signed agreement and physical keys pick up and drop off. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

Perfect

The location was great and spacious. We cooked a ton and kitchen had everything we needed. We used washing machine and dryer which worked well. We spent a lot of time out on the balconies. Beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were great. The location was so close to the beach and near a playground, shuttle stop, and a place to get the boat to see the dolphins. We loved everything about it and recommend it!

Great Access to Surrounding Area

The great thing about this property besides the size and space is the location. It is easy to get in and out from. There is easy access by walking to local restaurants, shopping, activities and of course the beach. Another great thing is that you don't have to deal with all the hotel people all along the strip.

quiet stay

The property was very convenient for what we enjoy doing. Walking the beach/boardwalk and enjoying the restaurants and amenities that the area has to offer. The facilities at the townhouse were sparse. While I understand the reasoning for this I feel sad that the few people who abuse the privalige of staying in someone else's home and steal or break items ruin it for all the rest of us. The DVD player didn't work as we like to watch a movie in the evening and the water pressure in the kitchen sink was terrible so it made it difficult to clean.

We were fortunate to find this place. The property manager (Margie) contacted us a week before check-in and provided us with all the information we needed for check in and pick up of keys. She also provided us with a list of things to do and coupons to use around the beach. The proximity to beaches and restaurants were amazing. We will definitely stay here again.
