« Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. « The house was cute and comfortable. I loved the old feel of it. The location was remote and serene, and we enjoyed the sound of the river across the street while chatting on the porch. We had no problem with making our meals, as the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Our dog was very comfortable and surprised by a visit from some Guinea hens in the morning. « Very clean spot. Stayed while visiting my daughter who was dancing at Burklyn at Johnson State. Only one other house was occupied nearby, so it was very tranquil down a long driveway. Enjoyed the peace and quiet and nice dirt road walks. »

« Our family had such a wonderful stay at the cabin. It's labeled as "rustic" but did not feel rustic on the inside. It has every amenity you need, a full kitchen, the bedrooms were wonderful, there were games, puzzles, paddleboards and kayaks. Our kids were busy the whole time, fishing, swimming, and paddling around the beautiful pond, and roasting smores and hot dogs by the firepit.
