'The location was perfect…easy/quick walk to Church street and restaurants/shops. Off street parking was great. Easy walk to the lakefront for the cruise. Safe. Clean. Perfect for two or three people, but would be a little crowded for more. The one bathroom may or may not be a drawback. Porch furniture would be a great addition.'

'NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan.
