'The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was great for us - 10min walking distance to downtown through the neighborhood with houses and apartments with most kept up with flowers and trimmed yards. Very quiet. We had an issue with the code access but the hosts were available and immediately solved it. I would recommend a stay here. '

'This worked well for an overnight. Good communication with host. We appreciated that there were bars in the bathroom for towels. It was right by a bar with loud music but the Window AC unit helped cover up the noise so we were able to sleep.'

'Mint condition. Very smart design. All new and attractive fixtures. Contacted the owner several times and got immediate response. Would be hard to find a more perfect place to stay in the area.'

'We stayed here as a family. My kids loved it. There were board games to play and the house was nice. Parking was available on site, and we could walk to church street.The only downside of the location was that there were people smoking weed on the street almost anytime we walked anywhere, so it smelled pretty bad when we would walk places. I doubt this would be too different anywhere else in the city, but worth mentioning if you are visiting Burlingwith kids.'

'The house was exactly what we were looking for. We were up for a concert so didnt spend a lot of time at the houae but it was clean and quiet so after the concert we slept great. '

'We considered spending more on a bigger place but were encouraged by the reviews. We were two couples and it was plenty of space for us. Beds were comfy and the AC as cold as we needed it, a must for the hot nights. Parking convenient. Apartment clean. Pretty quiet at night aside from a few cars revving their engines. Would definitely recommend if you're planning to be out and about during your stay. '
