« My family enjoyed a peaceful and private stay on Lake Champlain in this comfortable home. The house had everything that we needed and Leonard was easy to get in touch with. The shallow water dock is good for launching the provided kayak, but we used it to step onto our own paddle boards or relax in the chaise lounges. The sunrises are beautiful here too! »

« Perfectly located to visit historic Ticonderoga and other great spots in NY/VT. The place was neat and clean and the host was responsive to every need. I would go back and highly recommend! »

« The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

« We had a great stay at this home! It was the perfect location – we were easily able to walk around church street while still being in a quieter area. It was very clean and the host was very communicative! We would definitely stay again! Our dog loved it as well. »

« Beautiful house and country landscape. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. The one helpful hint would be that the road is dirt with many pit holes and slight wash outs from storms so don’t take your low to the ground car on the road »

« Everything was as listed. I spent very little time there and didn’t cook any meals, so can’t comment on the kitchen. Greatly appreciated the air conditioner units as it was super hot and humid during my visit (mid-July). »

« Beautiful home in an amazing location and setting - having the dock for our boat was fabulous and the bay is stunning. House had everything we needed for our 3 families with 6 children total - we cooked 3 meals a day in the kitchen which was very well equipped and fantastic. « Need a little getaway before the chaos of the school year. This location was so quiet and peaceful. The dock and deck provided great places to sip your morning coffee. I brought my two rescues and discovered my senior dog loves canoeing and kayaking! »

« The cabin was comfortable and welcoming. Very clean and functional. Beds were comfortables. We cooked all our meals,.the kitchen was well equipped. Bring water because the water is coming from a well ( hosts provided bottled water at arrival. We loved the view on the pound from the cabin. Easy access to a small beach where the kids could play in the sand. We went hiking about 20-30 minutes from the cabin. Well situated. Loved the decoration! On a rainy morning we tried to count all the bears!...

« We had the most amazing week at the Casey Camp. Every minute of the week was precious, even when it rained. It really poured for a little bit and was so beautiful. Then there were all the moments on the deck looking out at the lake, and spotting eagles with our binoculars. The lake's current can get pretty intense sometimes, and others it's like a glass mirror. « The property is located next to the owner, who's a landscaper, so there are a lot of trailers and equipment scattered in the driveway next to the rental. There's a dock, but you won't be able to put your boat there as the owner's boat is occupying it. The place is old but did the job. It's very well located »

« Beautiful property! House and view stunning. We really enjoyed having the pool AND the lake. One note about cleanliness. The house could use a deep clean. Pool sides! Weeds. Oven. Grill. Hood vent all need scrubbed of debris and grease. Walls in general need wiped down. Some deep clean in master shower for mildew and mold. Nothing too egregious. But at this price point itNeeds more than change of sheets and a wipe down of kitchen and bath. »
