« Pool was almost as advertised just wasnât as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldnât watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. »

« Nice hote,but the stairs from the road is to steep to get to office which is on the ground floor and your room is up above the offices area. Not handicap accessible no elvators if you're elderly or have trouble moving around. If you're in shape this a a good hotel to get you stair climb on. »

« We had too many issues. The toilet sink was clogged. The boat tour we had was different from the description and they still wanted to charge the full amount. The area doesnt have much activities. Everything you bring inside is subject to corkage. You have yo pay extra 17%. The only positive point are the staffs who are nice »
