'Was peaceful and enjoyable stay. Staff was extremely helpful and was willing to assist with any special requests. There were activities at the resort that were suitable for all ages. The food was amazing and had large variety. Overall a great stay and will definitely come back'

'Very out dateded, ac unit froze up started leaking all over our stuff and then it started throwing ice chunks. We went to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms. We switched rooms and everything was fine other than the bed being rock hard and the bed sheets with a ton of stains. We ended up checking out early and they would not refund us the other night stay. This property is also not kid friendly nothing for kids to do. No up keep to this property very ran down. '

The hotel has considerable style, the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, the pool is lovely, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the beds are very comfortable. The setting is great, although the local beach is rather messy (but you do not need the beach when staying here).'

'Stayed there with my family of 3 on NY eve last year. The property was well maintained. While we didn’t get to try all the amenities due to the NY eve rush, the complimentary boat ride on the lake Vemnad was amazing (I would highly recommend to book in advance as it fills our fast). Food was ok. I would recommend this place who wants a quiet, family friendly place in Allepey. '

'There was no spa. Internet did not work throughout the stay. Drinking water was provided in very limited quantity and we had to buy cans from outside which was cumbersome. At checkout, noone was available to collect keys. Flat is new, location is amazing.'
