« We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

« Le logement est grand et fonctionnel. Belle piscine . Résidence sécurisée parking gratuit dans la résidence. Proche de l aéroport peut être trop proche... bruit des avions . Malheureusement la wi-fi n a pas fonctionnee . La residence est bien située proche de la mer, d un super marché 24 hours pueblo et de restaurants. Eddy est sympathique et répond rapidement aux messages. »

« Highly recommend! Gracious host, easy check in, clean and comfortable condo. Perfect size one bedroom condo for a couple or small family. Very close to airport, restaurants and a grocery store. We used uber for transportation around town. There is a mini market in the condo complex also. The complex of 2 towers is a mix of full time residential and some short term rentals. « I must say, my experience at this property was far from what was advertised. The pictures presented online are deceiving; the reality is that it's old, dated, and far from well-maintained. The AC was non-functional, leaving us to endure uncomfortable temperatures throughout our stay. Additionally, the fridge had a tendency to spill, adding to the frustration of an already disappointing stay. The overall condition of the property was subpar, with signs of age and neglect evident in every corner....

« A beautiful place located on the coast over looking bay area. Awesome national parks in old San Juan. Recommend a walking tour to get the history. Beach access is within couple hundred meters. The place had all the comforts of home including beach chairs and a cooler. Quick uber ride or decent walk to restaurants or Old San Juan. Host was very responsive for any questions. Would recommend. »
