'Room was clean. It took me awhile to figure out how to use the shades on the windows are electrical. So we slept with the windows bare. Hotel was nice. Bathroom exhaust didnt work. Also they dont offer alot of soap. We stayed in a double queen for 4 ppl. One set of soap was given. Had to ask for more and towels. Its a beautiful set up in the downtown area on Grand rapids with lots of places to visit and walk to. Over all was a great experience.'

'This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

'Staff was listing off all the things they couldnt do for room service. Offering no help. All ending in finding out long stay guests rooms get cleaned last (about 5pm, if they have time) and i needed to tell them when and what i wanted, which is what i was doing but they couldnt do so. I only asked if my room could be cleaned bf 2pm. I was told no. Very unhappy.'

'I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution. 'Bed had only a fitted sheet - no flat sheet no comforter. What hotel expects you to bring a sleeping bag? No ice machine, no ice in room, National brand with no quality control. Avoid'

'The property was in a convenient location to access downtown Grand Rapids & to get on or off the interstate. I only complaint we had was how cold the temperature was in the indoor pool. Other than that the staff was friendly & helpful, plus there was a good selection for breakfast.'
