'The location was great right off the highway very close to shopping centers. Overall, the hotel has a pool but is not useful. There were a few flaws in the room. I asked a hotel staff about a refrigerator. I was told you get what you pay for that I could not respond to that comment. I feel that for the price I paid for the room. I should have had a refrigerator and a little bit more of an explanation other than you get what you pay for.'

'The staff was amazing here, but the actual accommodations were not good. The location is fine. Our first room smelled like smoke. The second room was better. The television didn't work and on our second night there, we were woken up by what sounded like a massive yard blower. We have no idea what it was. We were afraid to leave the hotel. That's how loud it was. I think this is suitable if you are thinking of camping, but it just needs a lot of updating. The staff was so kind and present, but...

'This hotel is NOT even close to what it looks like in the pictures. It is a dilapidated, very dated hotel in need of a gut and complete replacement of everything. The indoor pool is empty, the grounds are littered and frankly scary to stay there, we got in and got out as quickly as possible in the morning. For the price.. this was WAY WAY over priced..'

'Staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a friendly host, waitress and waiter. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily.'

'Don’t ever stay there. It was definitely not what they say it was. There was a scary man standing outside his room just staring. There was no one at the front desk. They didn’t even have one. I felt extremely uncomfortable.'

'It was obvious that renovations had been done but not well completed. The bathroom sink was not attached to the counter and the showerhead pressure hardly existed. The chairs were older and heavily stained so so we stayed far away from them. The last straw was us finding a small white pill on the floor (possible narcotic,) which was very alarming considering we were traveling with our child. We ended up on leaving.'

'Great stay at Crest at Hampton! Check-in was quick and easy, the location couldn’t have been better, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that they still use traditional room keys instead of key cards, which felt a bit outdated and less convenient. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.'
