'The hotel really lives up to the name and expectations. Lovely lobby with smooth jazz and friendly staff. Big room with a terrific view of the swimming pool with the city skyline in the back. Amenities were great and so was parking. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!'

'The valet service was worth the extra money as the parking in Ottawa on boxing day was not ideal. Simone met us in the hallway and promptly offered us a dog bed and treat package for our pup. The pool area was a tad cold and refreshing but it was built in 1908. The deluxe room was ideal and recommended for a family of four. Thanks for great stay ! '

'The castle in wood has something magical, as if you were featuring in a movie. It was beautiful in summer but must also be very cozy in winter. Definitely worth a stay, but also definitely overpriced for the kind of service and the room. We ended up paying almost 250 euros for one night, without breakfast, and the room was quite small (low ceilings and only a small window) and old.
