Vind je ideale hotel in Ottawa Valley

'Though a bit far from downtown, Uber/Lyft rides were easy to get. The hotel was well-maintained and the room was very spacious and clean. I had the corner room with plenty of windows, which was exceptional. Hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. 'Diana at front desk was AMAZING! Other staff was very helpful, and I appreciated the texting option. Box of tissues was left almost empty, and was remedied quickly. As was the bottom sheet that required changing…when I turned down the bed, there were dried black spots everywhere on the left hand side of the bed. 'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'Pros: Affordable, clean, friendly staff, underground parking and great location. Cons: Rooms a little dated. Small TV and head boards have rips in the fabric (we had rented two rooms - same in both)'
