'It was up a mountain and so quite! The owner is a very friendly man and is eager to accomodate your wishes. Very good and friendly communication and reception. Although the room and chalet are authentic, the bed slept fine. And if you want a massage there! He is a licenced massage therapist! So relaxed! Can recommend!'

'The Check-In was very easy and the owner was so nice. The kitchen was small and simple but had everything we needed. The atmosphere around the apartment was very italian and beautiful.Over all, the stay was perfect. The location is a little bit away from Verbania but it’s very easy to reach with a car or scooter.'

'Ana and Andrea made the check in process very simple and answered all of my questions promptly. The property has excellent directions for all appliances, blinds, and locations of kitchen supplies. It is clean, new, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as laundry detergent for the washer/dryer combo appliance. (not easy for me to use, but probably user error on my part).
