'Apart from the reception staff and the cleaners, the service was very disappointing. Many employees seemed unfriendly and uninterested, especially at the bar and during breakfast. If you don’t speak Italian, it is also difficult to get assistance in English. I felt unwelcome and even discriminated against during breakfast. Overall, the hotel seems mainly geared towards seniors, and I would not recommend it to young people or those travelling with friends.'

'First of all, the location is amazing. Hard to beat. Right by the lake with lake views, a quick walk to the city center and for a swim. Second, the place was very clean, so I didn’t have to worry where to put my stuff. The rooms were recently renovated I believe, so those looked new and modern. Very easy public transport connections downtown Lugano. The accommodation itself can use some modernization in terms of furniture and room interior. The quality of the beds was very good. '

'Echt een budget hotel maar je betaald wel de hoofdprijs. Een hele kleine kamer, de douche is een klein hokje en staat letterlijk in de kamer. Wij verbleven hier omdat we vanuit Italië naar Nederland reden. O ja en we moesten ook nog parkeerkosten betalen. Stond nergens vermeld. Het ontbijt had wel genoeg keuze en er is een mooi zwembad aanwezig. De omgeving is prachtig, de Lugano meer is op loopafstand.'

'Schone kamer, maar inchecken via een terminal aan de muur ivm late aankomst. Blijft iets vervelends. Verder oké bed en ontbijt is goed te regelen in hotel maar ook bij marche en supermarkt next door. Prima voor een doortocht maar niet voor meer dan 1 nacht.'

'Top locatie voor overnachting onderweg naar Italië. Vrijdagavond laat door de Gotthardtunnel en dan in 45 minuten in een heerlijk bed slapen. Zelf inchecken ook als je laat aankomt. Super geregeld met code via Whatsapp. Aanrader!'
