'A Queen Size bed in this hotel means your bed is 130x178cm. Which simply isnt queen size (those should be at minimum 140x180, even in a ho(s)tel). A huge amount of objects in the room were broken (chair, bedside table, lamp, fan). When adressing this with a staff member, we got laughed at and ended up calling hotels.com, who gave us good assistance and help. Eventually management switched us to a better room. Honestly this was notnworth the almost 800 euros it costz including breakfast. Which is...

'TERRIBLE !! - The worst experience ever! The reception didn't allow me to check-in because I arrived at 23h05, which is outside 23h00 check-in time. The security guard told me there was no staff around. Not sure if that means they closed the reception much earlier and departed immediately at 23h00. I tried to reach the hostel by phone, but the phone number mentioned on the booking site is not correct or in use. At 00h31 the reception sent me an email mentioning that since I was not there by...

'I stayed in a private room for 4 people. You could see that the rooms were older but you had everything you needed. The only thing I missed during my stay was that there where more sockets. Our room had only the one. Also maybe more room to put away the luggage. The staff was very friendly and you got what you paid for. I will be coming back to this hostel.'
