He provided some valuable suggestions based on my needs and every single suggestion worked out to give me the Parisian visit I had long dreamed of. The studio apartment is clean, charming and centrally located to a number of Metro lines. I was literally a 30 minute trip to everything in central Paris. I had two minor issues in my month long stay and Olivier was responsive and prompt in his communications.I cannot even begin to speak...

'Our family of four had an amazing four days in Paris at this property. It's steps from the Pompidou Centre and everything you need is at your fingertips as you walk out the front door of the apartment: great restaurants, cafes, shopping, grocery, fruit, the metro, etc. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Ile de la Cite, where you will find both Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle cathedrals. The property has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, has a great kitchen and has air conditioning. The highlight of the property...

'I stayed here with my daughter and had an absolutely wonderful time. The host was absolutely amazing and there for anything we needed. Very thankful for her and all her accommodations. Only a stones throw away from the Eiffel Tower and nestled around so many great cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops. We will definitely save this listing for future trips. All around amazing experience '

'in een fijne buurt, vlakbij metrostations, winkels, restaurants. Heerlijke bakkers om de hoek. Op loopafstand van het Place des Vosges en het Picasso Museum. Goed bed en genoeg linnengoed. Het is er heerlijk rustig, de ramen kunnen `s nachts open. Het was alleen niet heel erg schoon maar dat hebben we zelf gedaan. Volgende keer zeker weer. '

'Ottima, qualche problema di notte con il rumore degli inquilini degli alloggi adiacenti per il continuo via vai. Inoltre la pressione dell acqua deve essere rivista. Poca acqua impossibile da miscelare. Mancano gli attacca panni/armadio con qualche miglioria l alloggio è Molto consigliato '

'We stayed with a group of 7 and it was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable, and it’s in a good location with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It’s also close to 3 metro stations which means you can go anywhere in the city quickly. I would highly recommend. '

'Foi tudo satisfatório na hospedagem, tivemos um pequeno desencontro de informações para pegar a chave, mas o atendendente (sr. Isaac - Ibis Styles) foi muito prestativo e paciente. No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente...

L'accessibilité le cadre et les équipements sont pensés de manière à être en total autonomie. Jacuzzi et literie au top, jeu de lumière et décoration soignés Merci à Alain pour sa gentillesse et réactivité Je recommande fortement !!! Aller y les yeux fermés 😉'

'We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. It was also nice being on the 5th floor, accessible via an elevator, and we really enjoyed the...

"Geweldige accommodatie midden in Parijs. We hadden een appartement voor vier personen, groot voor Parijse begrippen en met een aparte slaapkamer. De slaapbank had twee delen dus onze kinderen hoefden geen matras te delen ;). Voor het ontbijt moesten we even geduld hebben, want alles was op, maar toen het eten was aangevuld was het echt lekker en ruim voldoende. De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij waren er twee nachten en konden door de centrale ligging in één dag alle hoogtepunten bezoeken. Top dus!"
