'My husband, son, and I stayed in this lovely flat for three nights. It's small and cozy, as described, and in the perfect location! It is close to everything. The neighborhood, next to Rue Cler, is surrounded by many cafes, bakeries, and outdoor restaurants and a 20-30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Louvre. Venie was very responsive. Be aware, there is no A/C, but fans made it comfortable in the flat down. We had a wonderful stay!'

'Lovely modernised studio apartment with AC in a quiet area within the 11th arrondissement. Close to numerous bistros & amenities. Easy access to metro lines 3,5, & 9. Great shower with washing machine & dryer. Elevator access to the 2nd floor apartment. Only negative, it would have been great to have some tea bags & milk in the fridge after a direct 23 hour flight from Australia !'

'we visited Paris for 3 days, 2 nights. At arrival we contacted the owner and he immediately responded and a friend of him was there within 5 min to open the door. Good explanation about the house rules in English and during our stay we could ask all questions to the owner if needed. The bed was perfect and clean; bathroom could use a bit more cleaning in the corners :-). Shower was very strong and nicely warm. During the night it was very silent and with the shutters down dark as well, so...

'We loved this place. It was spacious, had a full size washer/dryer and we all loved the decor. It was in a cute neighborhood close to Monmartre. Wonderful spots to dine nearby. A bit further from the main Paris attractions than we would have liked.'

'We stayed at this appartment 4 nights. The host arranged a taxi transfer for us from CDG to the accommodation. He then met us there and walked us through everything and was informative & helpful. The appartment was bigger than I expected with plenty of storage and many amenities. The supermarket at Val d' Europe shopping centre was enormous & is worth a visit. The beds were fine and the shower had lots of hot water. The station is a 3 minute walk from the appartment and it is a 5 minute train...

Bad customer service - Superbe location

"We arrived at 2PM, but had no flexibility of checking in earlier. So we were asked to bring the luggage one floor down for just an hour. 5 people at the reception but none of them seemed to be happy to be there and they certainly don't earn extras on customer service. The room itself was relatively comfortable and spacious, yet we did find that there was a lot of city noise coming through the closed windows. That's a pity for such a new structure. The hotel location is unique, on just a few steps from Notre Dame! Breakfast is OK but too basic to eat 2 days in a row."

"Alles heel netjes, maaltijden ontzettend goed. Minpuntje: we waren in het laagseizoen, bar was beperkt geopend en personeel van de bar leek er weinig zin in te hebben (niet Disney-waardig). Overige ervaringen met personeel overigens ontzettend goed!"
