'No hot water, blankets we old'

'The property is located in a serene village with lake view. Nice covered walkways to the rooms and cottages. Lobby is nice, bit away from the rooms. Nicely landscaped surroundings. Good food options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was courteous. My originally given room had some moldy smell and they exchanged it. Rooms are clean with nice bathrooms, AC and comfortable bed. Limited chargeable snack items and beverages were stocked. Has spa and activities room which I didn't...

'Absolutely wonderful! A dreamy place. You must try the houseboat for at least 1 night.'

'Needs maintenance, looks run down. Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones. Buffet meals lacks quality. Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on. The shower attachments need maintenace. Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box. Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up.'

'The stay was great, the place is wonderful with an amazing design and very calm. Beautiful view on the lake and great food. We were very content with everything. Unfortunately, then we had a bit of a bad aftertaste - during the stay we wanted to pay but the service informed us it was already paid. We didn’t think much about it since we don’t track every 100€. After check out they messaged us that it wasn’t paid after all - I checked it and it was true. I of course agreed to transfer the money...

'zeker moet internet gratis zijn in dit hotel en wifi????'

'The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious, with great quality and taste throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again.'

'The property is GOOD Well maintained Vintage property … But it’s neither beach front nor beach view rooms… And it doesn’t have private beach….'

'Very nice, very quiet property. The entrance is not very conspicuous for first timers. When we were there, there was some construction going on, so it was understandable that some areas were not as clean. However, this also affected the path to the in-house restaurant making the approach unpleasant and little things like these are not very difficult to manage even with the construction going on, and it was a bit of a surprise. Rooms and facilities were excellent otherwise, food was good, staff...

'Clean and comfortable rooms, Professional and friendly staff in the restaurant and safreena from front desk was friendly and helpful. I dont have anything but positive to say about the stay. Thank you'

'Locatie is goed. Kamers zijn matig.'

'Location is good and the rooms are neat and clean'

'The air conditioning in the room was not working. There were a lot of mosquitos. I only stayed 1 day but my parents stayed longer and said the breakfast was ok. I left very early in the morning and the gentleman who checked us in said that he would be able to have breakfast ready for me to take with me to the airport but he never asked what I wanted and was not available when the driver came to pick me up. The gentleman did help setup a driver for me to go to the airport, which was very helpful '

'We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful, luxurious and perfectly located by Vembanad Lake. Everything is of excellent quality, the rooms are very comfortable, and we particularly loved the swimming pool, the lovely pond with lotus flowers and the terrace, where we could practise yoga. The team were incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating. Even though we arrived late without prior notice, they kindly arranged a light dinner for us. They also helped organise taxis and made us...

'Staff were very accommodating and personalised the experience to our small group.'
