'I had an excellent massage and we liked the novelty of canoeing down to the beach. The front of house staff were excellent however the restaurant was less so.'

'Dit hotel is zeer de moeite waard om te verblijven. Ik vond het heerlijk om veel buiten te kunnen zijn.'

'Absolutely wonderful! A dreamy place. You must try the houseboat for at least 1 night.'

'Needs maintenance, looks run down. Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones. Buffet meals lacks quality. Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on. The shower attachments need maintenace. Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box. Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up.'

'Leuk hotel, er wordt wel gebouwd nu. Er komt denk ik een mooie boulevard.'

Unfortunately, then we had a bit of a bad aftertaste - during the stay we wanted to pay but the service informed us it was already paid. We didn’t think much about it since we don’t track every 100€. After check out they messaged us that it wasn’t paid after all - I checked it and it was true. I of course agreed to transfer the money...

'The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious, with great quality and taste throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again.'

'The boathouse staff was excellent. They were very courteous and accommodating. '

However, this also affected the path to the in-house restaurant making the approach unpleasant and little things like these are not very difficult to manage even with the construction going on, and it was a bit of a surprise. Rooms and facilities were excellent otherwise, food was good, staff...
