« It is an old, charming inn with winding stairs and hallways. The room was very nice sized, the bed comfortable, had good light, and a modernized attached bath. Do not compare it to a modern luxury hotel. The breakfast was great and the restaurant had great food for dinner. Location perfect-right across from the lake and easy walk into town. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Loved it! »

« I attempted to stay overnight but there were just so many issues. There’s a restaurant underneath and they are supposed to close at 9pm. The rowdy guests were there till 10pm. As someone with migraines i did not appreciate that. After the guests finally left the staff cleaned while playing loud music. The staff left around 10:30pm. As I was finally laying down to go to bed a spider came down from the ceiling and landed on me. I wish i was kidding. This was a decently sized spider. So I turned on...

« Room #1 was as pictured and clean; A/C was kind of funky. But mostly the room location was a little strange being in the basement and next to both an obviously dirty and maybe broken ice machine and the back door, which fostered noisy guests or whomever to walk by my door throughout the evening. The windows looked out over the very-close highway so there was traffic noise throughout the night. The bathroom was basically what you'd find in an old Days Inn, with bulbs missing and old-style...

« The entire property is in a state of disrepair. The spa wasn’t open. The pool wasn’t open. The sauna wasn’t open. The restaurant wasn’t open. The tennis court appeared to be totally overgrown. A walkway bridge had collapsed.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Downtown Albany New York

8/10 Bien

"Nice rooms and beds. Immediate surroundings are not great but downtown is very close"

Wingate By Wyndham Niagara Falls

10/10 Excellent
